Expert Service Calls for Fitness Equipment Repairs and Maintenance
Service Calls: $75 minimum charge
If a machine requires repair or maintenance that cannot be performed during a preventive maintenance session, a service call may be necessary. Our technicians will come to the location of the machine to diagnose and repair any issues. A minimum charge of $75 will apply for all service calls.
A $0.65/km charge will apply for service calls outside a 25km round trip from our service area.
It is important to address any issues with fitness equipment as soon as they arise in order to minimize downtime and ensure that the machines are always in good working condition. By offering service calls as part of our preventive maintenance program, we can help to ensure that any issues with the machines are quickly and effectively resolved.
Comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Program for Commercial Fitness Equipment
Cardio Equipment Maintenance: $40/unit
This package includes a maintenance session lasting up to 40 minutes per unit. During this session, our technicians will assess the mechanical and electrical operations of the equipment, lubricate moving parts and pivot points, perform a detailed cleaning inside and outside, adjust belts, and lubricate the walking deck and belt. Our technicians will also recommend any necessary parts for repair or replacement.
Strength Equipment Maintenance: $40/unit
This package includes a maintenance session lasting up to 30 minutes per unit. During this session, our technicians will assess cables, pulleys, and bushings for wear and tear, adjust and tighten all fasteners, clean and lubricate stack rods, and recommend any necessary parts for repair or replacement.
Recommended Frequency:
For light and full commercial facilities: 4 preventive maintenance sessions per year
For apartment buildings and condominiums: 3 preventive maintenance sessions per year
For residential units: 1-2 preventive maintenance sessions per year as needed
